Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales and ensure success by providing expert service, processing sales efficiently and accurately, conducting efficient follow-ups with customers, and maintaining the overall look of the store.
- Assist with other duties such as customer pick-ups, receiving deliveries, and providing expert knowledge and advice to trade customers and builders.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role involving sales and service.
- Proven abilities in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a retail, sales, or service environment.
- Administrative skills and technologically savvy.
- Physically able for the loading and unloading of heavy products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
