Key Leadership Position for U.S. Expansion

Time+Tide Watches is embarking on a significant expansion in the United States, and we are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead this initiative.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial leadership, with expertise in luxury retail, e-commerce, and media. They should have a proven track record of success in designing and executing commercial strategies, driving revenue growth, and managing P&L.

The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading the launch and growth of our New York Watch Discovery Studio, a unique concept space that combines luxury and media. They will oversee the development of our U.S. commercial strategy, manage inventory, logistics, and studio operations, and represent Time+Tide at key industry events.

This is a high-autonomy, high-responsibility role that requires a strong leader who can inspire and motivate a team to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be comfortable navigating complex environments, and possess a passion for horology.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive U.S. commercial strategy across e-commerce, retail, and media
  • Launch and grow our New York Watch Discovery Studio into a commercial and cultural destination
  • Oversee U.S. P&L, drive profitability, and manage inventory, logistics, and studio operations
  • Represent Time+Tide at watch events, connect with collectors, and embed us into NYC's watch culture
  • Inspire, coach, and grow a passionate U.S. team aligned with Time+Tide's global vision, mission, and culture
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in a commercial or GM role, ideally within luxury or media
  • Strong understanding of digital and physical retail, and ability to unify them into one seamless brand experience
  • Sharp mind for e-commerce, analytics, and marketing performance
  • Passion for watches and understanding of community-led growth
  • Comfortable navigating complex environments and thriving in a high-autonomy setting
