Key Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy equipment such as graders and dozers in a safe and efficient manner
  • Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with site managers and other team members to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risk and ensure a safe working environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices
Requirements
  • RII coded plant tickets
  • Bulk and detailed earthworks experience, GPS experience desirable
  • Construction site experience, in a similar role, 2-3 years minimum
  • Hold unit of competency CPCWHS1001 Prepare to work safety in the construction industry (White Card)
  • Strong safety awareness
