We are seeking a skilled bartender to join our team at Shutters, a vibrant restaurant and bar located in Crowne Plaza Coogee Beach.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be responsible for creating classic and innovative drinks, engaging with guests, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Job Summary:
As a skilled bartender, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional customer service and creates unforgettable experiences for our guests. Your key responsibilities will include crafting cocktails and serving drinks to guests, greeting and interacting with patrons, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Valid NSW RSA Competency Card
  • Previous experience in a Food & Beverage related position
  • Qualifications in Hotel Management and/or Food & Beverage related field (preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual or multilingual language skills (advantageous)
  • Excellent personal grooming and hygiene standards
