Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic team players to join our team as Christmas Casual Sales Assistants. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling jewellery and watches, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide genuine customer service experiences to our customers, ensuring they find the perfect gift or purchase.
- Sell jewellery and watches, meeting sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with stock replenishment, merchandising, and visual displays to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of jewellery and watches, with a willingness to learn and develop product knowledge.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
