Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team as a High-Tech Infrastructure Development Lead. This role will involve managing complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-profile projects.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Liaise with certifiers, consultants, and builders to obtain necessary approvals and permits for infrastructure development projects.">
  • Manage document control systems, including design documents, meeting minutes, and other relevant information.">
  • Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of infrastructure projects, including coordination with external stakeholders and internal teams.">
  • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections to ensure timely completion and financial sustainability.">
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.">
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.">
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards.">
  • Prepare and submit regular project reports to stakeholders, including project progress, financials, and issues encountered.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent).">
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in high-tech infrastructure development.">
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.">
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.">
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.">
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.">
  • Familiarity with document management systems and software applications.">
  • Ability to travel to project sites as required.">

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
