Job Title: Director Audit, Risk and IntegrityJob Description:
We are seeking a strategic leader to manage our internal audit functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of timely and quality internal audit services, enabling our CEO to meet relevant obligations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the insourced internal audit function to ensure delivery of timely and quality internal audit services.
- Promote continuous improvement across both client agencies.
- Provide administrative and secretariat services to the RMACs.
- Oversee the work quality and work tasks of the Audit Officer.
- Provide internal control advisory services as requested by the Director or Senior Director.
Selection Criteria:
- Experience managing and overseeing the work of an internal audit function.
- Experience in preparing high-quality written reports, submissions and briefings.
- Experience in managing or supporting the operations of a Risk Management and Audit Committee (RMAC).
- Good consultancy and negotiation skills with a strong track record of success in working collaboratively with others.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in articulating complex matters clearly and succinctly.
- Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving capability.
- Good judgement, discretion and ethical decision-making.
