Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced educator to lead our educational practice at a childcare centre.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds, holding a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent Bachelor's degree.

They will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, and have a passion for delivering high-quality education and care to children.

The successful applicant will enjoy a 50% discount on childcare fees starting from day one, as well as access to scholarships for Bachelor's or Master's degrees in Early Childhood Education.

Additionally, they will benefit from wellbeing initiatives with partners like TELUS Health, Bupa insurance benefit, and discounts at over 100 retailers.

The successful applicant will be required to hold a current Working with Children's Check, a first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training), and commit to ongoing professional development.
