Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement re-enablement programs for clients, promoting autonomy and independence.
- Work collaboratively with occupational therapists, nursing, podiatry, and therapy assistants to deliver comprehensive care.
- Assess and address the physical and functional needs of clients, creating personalized care plans.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families, empowering them to manage their health and well-being.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care policies and procedures, ensuring best practice and quality care.
