Marine Service Centre Job Opportunity

This role involves being the first point of contact for customers and guests, requiring a motivated individual who can exceed customer expectations and work as part of a dedicated team.

As a Marine Service Centre Assistant, you will advise customers of service requirements for their boats and clearly explain the details of repairs, faults and/or diagnosis that has or will be carried out.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising customers on service requirements and explaining repair details
  • Managing bookings and workload to ensure a high standard of service
  • Providing cost details of repairs/servicing to customers
  • Working closely with the service team to ensure records are collected and stored accurately
  • Administering customer drop offs and collections
  • Communicating with customers and providing prompt resolutions

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a customer-focused approach, great work ethics and the ability to work as part of a team. Knowledge of Microsoft products is required.

Online booking software and CMS systems such as MechanicDesk are desirable but not essential.
