About the Role:

As a key member of our Supply Chain & Platforms department, you will play a pivotal role in driving business efficiencies and growth through meaningful insights.

Your primary responsibility will be to design, maintain and enhance reporting tools and dashboards using MS Excel and Power BI. You will provide accurate and timely data-driven insights to support informed decision-making processes within the organization.

You will work closely with various teams to develop tools and processes that drive business value. Your analytical skills will help identify areas of cost savings, business opportunities and efficiencies, enabling us to make data-driven decisions.

In addition, you will provide analytical support to the marketing team, improving data efficiency and driving business outcomes. You will also automate reporting processes to improve productivity and prepare/present business intelligence reports to stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Data Specialist who is proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and has a strong background in data analysis, data visualization and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain reporting tools & dashboards using MS Excel and Power BI.
  • Provide accurate and timely insights to identify areas of cost savings, business opportunities and efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tools and processes that drive business value.
  • Automate reporting processes to improve productivity.
  • Prepare and present business intelligence reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Commerce or related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
