Job Title: Talent Strategist

• Partner with operational leaders to synchronize human resource strategies with business objectives.
• Support the workforce planning lifecycle, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.
• Provide expert advice on complex employee relations matters while upholding a culture of empathy and care.
• Develop and execute performance enhancement initiatives that align with organizational values.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies.
• Lead strategic people-focused projects nationwide.

About You

• Hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• Possess 4+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering or an analogous advisory role.
• Demonstrate expertise in Australian employment legislation and award interpretation.
• Exhibit a proven ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Display a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a passion for driving positive change.
• Experience working in a multi-site, fast-paced environment (preferably hospitality or retail) is advantageous.
