Competitive Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Pastry Cook with expertise in Pastry Lamination - Danish & Croissants to join our growing bakehouse in Keilor Park, VIC. In this role, you will work hands-on at our well-equipped production facility producing a wide range of laminated pastries including Croissant and Danish varieties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality pastry and other baked goods to meet our stringent standards.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders and achieve production targets.
- Ensure Food Safety, HACCP, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Maintain a strong commitment to workplace occupational health & safety.
Requirements:
- Trade qualifications (pastry or equivalent) desirable, but not essential if you have extensive experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail and punctuality.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced food environment is essential.
