Event Coordinator Role

This role focuses on supporting the delivery of events across various venues.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Monitor warehouse processes for safe and effective storage and distribution of stock, ensuring minimal waste and optimal use of resources.
  • Assist with preparing, loading, and unloading event equipment from our systematic warehouse to guarantee timely setup and efficient operations.
  • Liaise with clients and staff onsite to provide exceptional service, maintaining a professional demeanor and excellent communication skills throughout interactions.
  • Participate in setup, installation, and pack-down/bump-out activities for events and activations, adhering to high standards of quality and safety.
  • Provide top-notch customer service by being proactive, courteous, and respectful in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
  • Set event styling elements including centrepieces, stage backdrops, hanging installations, florals, and lights, as well as other manual handling duties to enhance the overall event experience.
