**Workpac is seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team in Adelaide.**

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract administration, with experience in managing and executing projects worth $30M or more.

This role involves administering and negotiating contracts, addressing issues that arise, and maintaining open communication with stakeholders. The successful candidate will also be responsible for effectively managing contract specifics and ensuring alignment with initial agreements.

We are looking for someone with a tertiary qualification in construction management or equivalent, and at least 3 years of experience within the South Australian market. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Administering and negotiating contracts to ensure compliance with agreed terms.
  • Addressing and managing any issues that arise.
  • Maintaining open communication with stakeholders.
  • Effectively manage contract specifics and ensure alignment with initial agreements.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Tertiary Qualification in Construction Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience within contracts administration within the South Australian Market.
  • Experience with large-scale commercial construction projects and roles valued at $30M or more.
  • Strong grasp of contract negotiation, variations and RFI's.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Estimated Salary:** $90,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
