Job Opportunity: Swimming Instructor

This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified swimming instructors to join our team and contribute to the development of aquatic programs.

We are seeking passionate and experienced swimming instructors who possess excellent communication skills, are able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality swim instruction.

The successful candidate will hold current AUSTSWIM qualifications, including Infant and Preschool Aquatics, or have the ability to obtain them. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with children and families, and be confident, reliable, and committed to their role.

Multiple positions are available, offering various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. We encourage applicants who are enthusiastic about swimming and committed to making a positive impact in our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality swim instruction to clients of all ages and abilities
  • Develop and implement effective lesson plans that cater to individual needs
  • Work collaboratively with other instructors and staff members to achieve program goals
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
Requirements:
  • Current AUSTSWIM qualifications, including Infant and Preschool Aquatics
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Confidence, reliability, and commitment to delivering high-quality swim instruction
  • Ability to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
