**Clinical Manager Job Description**

As a clinical manager at Respect, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Your key responsibilities will include leading a team of clinicians, driving excellence in clinical practice, and managing audit processes and risk.

You will work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of care services to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with valid registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  2. Extensive clinical experience in aged care or a related healthcare field, with a proven track record in leading and managing a clinical and allied health team.
  3. In-depth understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards, industry guidelines, and upcoming reforms affecting the sector.
  4. Demonstrated experience in managing audit processes, risk management, and quality improvement initiatives within a clinical environment.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with clinicians, clients, families, and stakeholders effectively.
  6. Strong analytical and decision-making skills to address complex clinical and operational challenges.
  7. Experience in leading change initiatives and driving improvements in clinical practice and care delivery.
  8. Flexibility to travel across the organisation's growing footprint to ensure consistency and quality in care delivery.
  9. Must hold valid First Aid and CPR certifications.
  10. A valid police check in line with industry compliance requirements.
