About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Recreation Attendant to join our team at The Star Sydney. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in our pool and health club facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming environment for all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Prepare and serve beverages, and assist with food service from In Room Dining.
  • Provide guests with instructions on exercise equipment and maintain cleanliness of all front and back of house areas.
  • Enter the pool and assist individuals when required.
About You

We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, first aid training, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your approachable and helpful demeanor will make you the first point of contact for our guests during their time relaxing, exercising, or exploring our facilities.
