We are seeking an experienced and passionate Store Leader to join our team at Lorna Jane Byron Bay store. As a Store Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer experience, people development, merchandising, and operational functions of the store to deliver on store targets and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales and Revenue Growth: Lead your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs, and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Recruit, Train, and Develop Team Members: Attract, develop, and retain top talent, and provide coaching and mentoring to help team members grow and succeed.
  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and housekeeping, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Roster and Scheduling: Create and manage schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and meet business needs.
