About the Role:

You will play a pivotal part in supporting our HR functions at Seven West Media.

This fixed term part time position involves assisting with recruitment activities, including advertising roles, scheduling interviews, reference checks, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding: Assist in coordinating recruitment activities, including advertising roles, scheduling interviews, reference checks and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for our new employees.
  • Drafting employment documentation: including employment contracts, contract variation letters and other relevant documentation.
  • Maintaining employee records: Ensuring all employee data is accurate and up to date.
  • Administrative support: Assist with various HR documentation, managing the HR inbox and respond to inquiries, and help with general office tasks.
  • HR project involvement: Participate in projects that enhance the employee experience, from wellness programs to learning and development.

About You:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about a career in HR and has the drive to learn, develop, and grow with us. The ideal candidate will:

  • Be currently studying or have completed a qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
  • Have experience in HR or office administration – even better if you're comfortable working with HR systems
  • Possess excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Have exceptional attention to detail
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
