Role Overview

This role is about delivering employment services to individuals with disability, injury, or health condition in preparing for, finding, and maintaining employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • To deliver inclusive employment services that support individuals in achieving their goals.
  • Developing strong relationships with employers and businesses to provide employment opportunities.
  • Providing ongoing support to customers once they are employed, as well as to their employers too.
  • Attending training and receiving continuous support to excel in the role.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A genuine passion for supporting people to achieve their objectives.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Strong customer service experience with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Confidence in interacting with local employers and businesses to promote employment opportunities.
  • Goal focused with an ability to identify solutions and overcome obstacles.
  • Empathy and resilience when working with vulnerable individuals and understanding the impact of unemployment.
  • Ability to obtain a current Working with Children Check & Police Check.
