Strategic Governance Role

Co-opted Board Director seeks experienced professional with finance and/or legal expertise to shape the future of vocational education.

  • Contribute strategically to board deliberations and play a key role in shaping educational policy.

The ideal candidate will have experience in governance, financial management, and/or law, with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry standards.

  • Finance: demonstrate expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Law: possess knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, with the ability to apply them in a governance context.

This is a three-year appointment offering a competitive base salary, superannuation (where eligible), and additional remuneration for participation in board committee work.

As an experienced board director, you will be expected to provide strategic guidance, contribute to impactful decision-making, and engage effectively with stakeholders.
