Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned data and AI expert to join our team as a senior consultant. As part of this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of data-driven business solutions and work closely with clients to deliver tailored projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive solution visions that address complex business challenges in regulated sectors.
  • Lead presales engagements, including workshops, discovery sessions, RFPs/RFIs, and architecture deep-dives.
  • Craft demonstrators and proof-of-concepts that showcase the art of the possible and accelerate client confidence.
  • Translate project scope into delivery-ready programs, ensuring seamless handovers to engineering and consulting teams.
  • Champion best practices and responsible AI, embedding security, privacy, governance, and ethical considerations from day one.
  • Mentor consultants and engineers, elevating capability across the region and contributing to global communities of practice.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in data and AI, with at least 5 years in a client-facing consulting or presales capacity.
  • Demonstrable track record of shaping data/AI deals end-to-end, from opportunity qualification through to contract signature.
  • Deep hands-on knowledge of modern data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake), migration patterns, and AI/ML tooling (SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML, LangChain).
  • Proven leadership across the full data lifecycle – ingestion, modelling, governance, analytics, machine learning, and MLOps.
  • Excellent storytelling and workshop-facilitation skills, able to simplify complex concepts for C-suite and technical teams alike.
