About the Role:

Regal Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care, including showering, grooming, and dressing.
  • Provide social support, including companionship and assistance with community activities.
  • Help clients with capacity-building activities, such as learning new skills and increasing independence.
  • Assist with domestic tasks, including meal preparation, grocery shopping, and light household cleaning.
  • Record attendance and tasks completed using a smartphone application.

Requirements:

  • National Police Check (less than a year old if not NDIS Worker Screening Check).
  • Driver's License.
  • Comprehensively insured, registered, and well-maintained car.
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or a similar discipline.
  • Current First Aid and CPR qualifications.
