Tech Expert Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide onsite technical support to clients in public schools. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual who enjoys working with technology and helping others.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance to clients in public schools, ensuring that their technology needs are met efficiently and effectively.
• Assist in the management and support of ICT systems, ensuring they are running smoothly and securely.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, identifying and resolving problems quickly and professionally.
• Collaborate with school staff to enhance their technology proficiency, providing training and support as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A positive and customer-focused attitude, with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Valid work permit and eligibility to work in Australia.
• A Working With Children Permit, or willingness to obtain one.
• Prior experience in the IT industry, preferably in a technical support role.
