We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our team at Barcoo Multipurpose Service in Blackall. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the site, including clinical, financial, hospitality, administration, maintenance and lifestyle activities.

About the role:

  • Manage the day-to-day clinical, financial, hospitality, administration, maintenance and lifestyle operations of the site.
  • Responsible for a range of personal care, therapies and accommodation options, ensuring a high standard of care and quality of life for residents and clients.

  • You are a driven individual with a passion for leading teams and making a real difference in people's lives.
  • You have a strong clinical background and leadership experience, preferably in the aged care industry.
  • You are able to effectively implement changes at an organisational level and develop a work team through the process.
