Petstock Country Brindabella (Hume ACT) is seeking a motivated team member to join our store as a Pet Care Specialist - Rural Store Assistant. This role will provide an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced retail environment.

About the Role
  • As a Pet Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, sharing your knowledge of pet care products, and completing sales transactions to meet store targets.
  • You will work closely with our experienced team to ensure the store remains well-stocked, visually appealing, and provides an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A genuine passion for animals and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Physical fitness to lift products up to 20kgs.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
  • Forklift Licence or willingness to obtain.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pet care and be able to educate customers on the best products for their pets. If you are a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum
