A talented Reporting & Insights Manager is required to contribute to the success of our organisation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data visualisation, business intelligence, and stakeholder engagement.

About the Role:

This key position involves developing and maintaining reporting solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing proactive analysis. To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical and storytelling skills, as well as expertise in data visualisation and business intelligence methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Maintain Reporting Solutions: Create engaging visualisations that effectively communicate insights to different audiences.
  2. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with finance, IT, and other teams to ensure reporting accuracy and alignment.
  3. Provide Proactive Analysis: Monitor key metrics and trends, providing proactive analysis of financials, KPIs, and status updates.
  4. Develop High-Impact Presentations: Deliver visually engaging reports for the CEO, ELT, and Board.
  5. Innovate Reporting Frameworks: Identify and implement new ways to visualise and present data for clarity and impact.
What You'll Need:
  1. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, data analytics, computer science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  2. Strong Analytical and Storytelling Skills: Ability to translate complex datasets into compelling, actionable insights tailored for different audiences.
  3. Minimum 3 years of experience in analytics, data management, business intelligence, or reporting.
  4. Expert in Data Visualisation: Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms to create engaging reports and dashboards.
  5. Strong Understanding of Business Intelligence Methodologies and Governance Frameworks.
