We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team of Support Workers. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering people to live healthy, independent, and active lives.
Your day will be filled with personal care and medication support, assisting with domestic tasks, and helping clients stay independent. You will also have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
About You- You must have a passion for helping others and a strong desire to make a positive impact.
- Cert III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or working towards it is highly regarded.
- A driver's licence, reliable vehicle, First Aid/CPR, and WWCC are essential.
- You should be confident using smartphones/tablets and have excellent communication skills.
- We offer a competitive hourly rate of $32.74 - $33.81 plus 12% superannuation.
- You will receive a generous travel allowance of $0.99/km, as well as a mobile allowance.
- Flexible part-time hours (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Mon–Sun) ensure you can balance your work and personal life.
- We provide paid induction and ongoing training to help you grow in your role.
