Senior Software Developer Position Available

We are seeking a seasoned software developer to join our collaborative team. As a senior member, you will be working on a well-established product with an engaged customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the team leader on backlog refinement and prioritization
  • Mentor junior developers and promote best practices
  • Review designs, code, and documentation by other team members and suggest improvements
  • Develop web application features and resolve technical issues
  • Write automated tests and create test plans
  • Contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and demonstrations
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of commercial software development experience
  • Proficiency in developing software products, ideally web applications and/or their backends
  • Knowledge of best practice code architecture, design principles, and patterns
  • Commitment to writing high-quality, testable, and maintainable code
  • Familiarity with Python 3 and its nuances
  • Motivation to solve real problems with a significant impact
  • A degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
