Role Summary

About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to lead complex data initiatives and deliver strategic insights. In this role, you will work with large datasets, develop advanced analytics and reporting using SQL Server, Power BI, and Python, mentor junior analysts, and promote data-driven thinking across teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and delivery of complex reports, self-service dashboards, campaigns, and analyses using data from internal and external sources.
  • Optimise and automate analytics and reporting processes to generate repeatable intelligence.
  • Interrogate, examine, and transform data to produce analytical solutions that support business decision making.
Requirements
  • Seasoned skills in business intelligence, data analysis, and statistics, with demonstrated application in a business setting.
  • Extensive experience with large enterprise data warehouses, BI tools, analytics projects, and deployment of organisation-wide reports and dashboards.
  • Experience extracting, cleansing, and analysing very large and complex datasets using advanced SQL.
