We are excited to announce the opening of a brand-new store in Frankston, and we are seeking talented individuals to join our team as Casual Stylists.

As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing personalized styling advice, and ensuring that every customer has an unforgettable SHEIKE experience. You will work collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve excellence in everything you do, maintaining high standards of quality and inclusivity in all interactions.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine passion for fashion and style
  • The ability to connect with customers on a personal level and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Confidence in your fashion knowledge and ability to communicate it effectively
  • Self-motivation and a drive to meet targets and KPIs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company

In terms of qualifications and experience, we are looking for candidates who have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in fashion retail, hospitality, or a related field
  • Experience working with performance-based targets and KPIs
  • A strong personal sense of style and presentation
  • A desire to continuously learn and improve their skills and knowledge
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment
