As a member of this team, you will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their technical and business requirements.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Design, implement, and maintain databases that meet our customers' technical and business requirements.
  2. Serve as a technical escalation point for critical production issues and drive customer concern/resolution of problems into Support and Engineering teams.
  3. Develop and maintain automated scripts that build, configure, deploy, and test applications databases to different environments.
  4. Work hands-on with our database systems, install and configure them, and test that they meet the customers' technical and business requirements.
  5. Support and interact with clients to handle production environments and ensure availability of the database infrastructure.
  6. Triage and analyze issues, including performance and connectivity issues.
  7. Create and document processes and standards.
  8. Participate in DR tests to maintain high levels of readiness to ensure business continuity.

Requirements:

  1. BS and/or MS in Computer Science or related field.
  2. At least 10+ years in a SaaS environment for a managed infrastructure or cloud-based solution.
  3. Good knowledge of public cloud architecture (OCI, AWS).
  4. Must have experience on Oracle RAC 19c and Multitenant database environments.
  5. Good interpersonal and communications skills.
