The MECCA team is seeking a results-driven Zone Manager to lead our Western Australia store on a part-time basis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • SUPPORTING THE MANAGEMENT TEAM IN DELIVERING EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES;
  • LEADING FROM THE FRONT AND DRIVING SUCCESS THROUGH STRONG COMMUNICATION AND UPMANAGEMENT OF THE TEAM;
  • ENGAGING AND MOTIVATING THE TEAM TO MEET KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) AND UP-HOLD OUR VALUES.

The successful candidate will have:

  • PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN LEADING LARGE RETAIL TEAMS;
  • A PASSION FOR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CREATING POSITIVE WORK ENVIRONMENTS;
  • CONFIDENCE IN PROVIDING FEEDBACK TO DEVELOP AND COACH TEAM MEMBERS;
  • AVALABILITY TO WORK LATE EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS.
