Senior Manager of Oncology Research Operations
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our oncology research operations. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring high-quality clinical governance and risk management frameworks are developed and maintained.
About the Role:
The manager will work closely with physician and nursing staff, as well as external partners such as cancer groups and pharmaceutical companies. This role involves promoting clinical trials in the clinical community and developing strategies for managing financial performance.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Health Science or Research Management (with relevant registration where applicable)
- Demonstrated experience in managing business operations in a clinical trials unit
- Research experience, including awareness of TGA, ICH-GCP Guidelines, and relevant regulatory/statutory guidelines
- Ability to develop and establish clinical trial quotes and budgets
- Capability to strategically lead a team
