Job Description

CIMIC Group invests in future leaders by providing graduates with exposure to a global organisation across multiple industries.

The graduate program gives graduates the opportunity to learn and develop while working on some of the world's most iconic construction, mining, mineral processing, services, and public private partnership projects.

Over two years, you will experience two one-year rotations with placements in various roles and projects, building your career and skills.

You will have the capability to:

  1. Learn new skills, be flexible and adaptable
  2. Work autonomously and as part of a team
  3. Deliver high quality outcomes, be outcome driven and self-motivated
  4. Communicate proactively and collaboratively
  5. Create positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  6. Relocate to various sites and projects
  7. Innovate and propose creative solutions
