Job Title: Support Worker in Illawarra

We are seeking experienced and passionate individuals to support clients with disabilities in the Illawarra area. As a dedicated Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their goals and build independence.

About the Role:

  • Support clients with Mental Health, Intellectual, and Physical Disabilities
  • Assist with personal care and household tasks such as menu planning, cooking, serving meals, cleaning, shopping, and other daily activities
  • Work flexible shifts including short (minimum 3 hours) and long shifts (up to 8-10 hours), sleepovers, awake duties, and weekends

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support - Disability
  • Minimum 6 months paid experience as a Support Worker
  • Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination doses
  • Current Working with Children (WWCC) & NDIS Worker Check
  • National Police Check
  • Driver's Licence
