We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our Technology Architecture team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-level solutions that meet business requirements and align with our IT standards, policies, and strategy. You will collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Business Analysts, solution owners, and subject matter experts to define, document, and deliver solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop enterprise solutions that meet business requirements and align with our IT standards, policies, and strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, document, and deliver solutions that drive business value
• Provide architectural leadership to ensure alignment with our standards and policies
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and perform analysis and design activities
• Supervise third-party consultants and advise other technology teams on technical security controls, implementation approaches, and operational requirements

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role
• Strong understanding of integration of various technical platforms and ability to provide business solutions across all domains
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong project management and organisation skills
• Demonstrated ability to build consensus among stakeholders and establish, implement, and enforce appropriate IT standards
