We are seeking a skilled coffee professional to join our team. As a key member of our coffee crew, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and crafting high-quality beverages.

• Prepare Specialty Coffee Drinks: Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, pour-overs, and tea.
• Develop Coffee Knowledge: Develop and maintain knowledge of coffee preparation methods, flavor profiles, and pairing suggestions.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain Workspace: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Team Members: Work collaboratively with other baristas to achieve team goals and objectives.

• Experience: 1 year of experience as a Barista or related role.
• Steam Milk: Ability to steam milk using alternative milks without an automated system.
• Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Flexibility: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings and afternoons.
