Project Finance Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Finance Solicitor to join our Melbourne-based team. This exciting opportunity will involve working closely with our Partner, Gerard Pike, on project finance and renewable energy matters.

  • High-end advisory and transactional experience on significant project and asset acquisition finance transactions
  • Develop a network of client relationships and benefit from exceptional learning opportunities in a collaborative environment

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An unrestricted Australian or New Zealand practicing certificate;
  • At least 3 years' legal experience, preferably in project finance matters;
  • An excellent academic record and strong legal skills; and
  • A proactive approach and desire to be an integral member of the team.
