Your Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Salesperson to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers, identifying and securing upsell and new business opportunities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Growing existing customer accounts with an annual spend of $30,000+
  • Acquiring new customers
  • Continuing professional development with accreditations and learning
  • Supporting sales activities, including attending trade shows, events, and marketing campaigns
  • Developing strategies to retain, grow, and acquire business
  • Forecasting and delivering against sales targets

You will have the opportunity to work with our team of experts to deliver exceptional service to our customers and clients.

About You

We are looking for an individual with extensive experience working in a HVAC environment in a comparative Sales or Estimator role. You will have the technical HVAC knowledge and aptitude required to be successful in this role.

You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to juggle competing priorities and work independently. You will also need to be confident in the use of computers and workflow programs, as well as having the ability to read and interpret HVAC mechanical drawings.

Please note: The successful candidate will require an unrestricted Manual Australian Drivers License.
