Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Consultant to join our Agribusiness Valuation & Advisory Services team. As a rural property specialist, you will be well-suited to tasks requiring tailored expertise and a specialist focus.

You will provide researched and thorough valuation advice across various agribusiness property types, including large-scale beef and sheep grazing, poultry, forestry, vineyards, wineries, horticulture, sugar production, irrigation, blood stock breeding, training, and agistment, dairies, piggeries, post-farm gate, seafood, and water entitlements.

  • Opportunities exist throughout Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia, and Western Australia
  • A broad selection of agribusiness-based properties
  • Quality private, corporate, institutional, and financial clients
  • A class-leading valuation delivery and quality assurance platform
  • Collaboration with the Agribusiness Transaction team
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • An Associate Member of the API and a Registered Valuer with at least 2-5 years' experience post CPV qualification
  • The ability to build strong business relationships with key internal and external contacts
  • A valid Australian drivers' license
  • Commercial awareness of strategy formulation and implementation
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to generate information for sound business decisions
