We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Trades Instructor to join our dynamic team at CQUniversity's School of Trades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality training and assessment to Electrical apprentices in a classroom and workshop environment.
- Develop and implement engaging and effective training programs that meet the needs of industry and students.
- Contribute to the development of curriculum and assessment materials that are relevant and up-to-date.
- Provide guidance and support to students to ensure they achieve their learning goals.
- Collaborate with industry partners to ensure that our training programs meet the needs of the Electrical trade.
Requirements:
- Possession of a relevant vocational qualification/s at the level equivalent to or higher than the level to be delivered.
- Knowledge of the education and training sector and the ability to positively respond to new directions and demands of the training market.
- Demonstrated current industry skills directly relevant to the training/assessment being delivered.
- Possession of an Electrical Licence (desirable).
