Digital Innovation Director

We are seeking senior cloud transformation experts to drive large-scale modernisation projects and lead complex cloud migrations. Ideal for technical leaders who excel at solving complex problems and guiding teams through significant transformation initiatives.
This role is suited for professionals with a passion for driving digital innovation across critical business systems, and who can deliver high-value outcomes in challenging environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud application architectures.
- Migrate legacy and on-premises systems into cloud-native environments.
- Develop solution designs that align with enterprise architecture standards.
- Champion best practices in modern cloud adoption, security, and automation.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders and stakeholders to align technical solutions with organisational goals.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to engineering and development teams.
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, system design, and enterprise development.
- Deep expertise in cloud architecture, including cloud-native deployments and security frameworks.
- Strong background in secure application delivery, with knowledge of DevSecOps, security standards, and automation practices.
- Proficiency in modern development methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and frameworks such as C# and Angular.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience, supporting and guiding technical teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
