About this roleIn this exciting position, you will play a pivotal role in leading the modernisation and enhancement of our engineering tooling suite. Your vision and direction will shape the implementation and continuous improvement of engineering tooling, ensuring seamless integration of various DevSecOps tools to create a cohesive and efficient development environment.
Your responsibilities- Contribute and implement DevSecOps strategies, technical standards, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and stakeholders as a subject matter expert for DevSecOps engineering tooling.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement site reliability principles and practices, troubleshoot complex issues, and develop robust system engineering solutions.
- Extensive experience with DevSecOps tooling (CI/CD, Artifact Management, Automation Testing, Code Scanning tools) and implementing & managing CI/CD pipelines with industry best practices.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience of containerisation technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, Typescript, PowerShell or similar and programming languages such as C#, Java, Go or similar.
