Retail Team Leader Position Overview

The Retail Team Leader plays a crucial role in enhancing showroom and product displays, managing planograms, and ensuring a high standard of presentation.

This is an excellent opportunity for emerging leaders to demonstrate their skills in creating appealing shopping experiences for customers and sharing knowledge with their team.

  • Lead the team to achieve exceptional merchandising and presentation standards.
  • Manage planograms to optimize store displays and promotions.
  • Creatively enhance showroom presentation to attract and engage customers.
  • Prioritize tasks and multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

The successful candidate will possess leadership abilities, ambition, and a passion for the automotive industry and products. A valid driver's license (manual preferred) is also required to assist with deliveries from time-to-time.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Displaying and enforcing a safety culture to ensure the safety of teammates, customers, and themselves.
  • Prior experience working in large format retail stores, focusing on displays, planograms, and promotions.

  • Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday or as discussed with Manager.
  • Possessing a valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time-to-time.
