Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering their queries, and offering product recommendations.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card sales, and other payment methods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock management activities to ensure that the store looks appealing and is well-stocked.
  • Assist with stock replenishment, receiving, and rotation, as well as maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products, including their features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.

About You

  • You have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to providing a positive shopping experience.
  • You are a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • You have a strong work ethic and are able to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
  • You are able to lift and move stock up to 17kg and stand for long periods of time.
  • You hold a current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification.
