Repair Receiving Operator

Ingenico, a leading fintech company, seeks an experienced professional to join its Service Department. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations.

Purpose:
To assist in activities within the Service Department of Ingenico, maintaining high-quality standards and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  1. Unpack pallets from the field, sorting devices into tubs for scanning.
  2. Scan devices from tubs into CAMS.
  3. Pack devices into boxes, labeling them, and store in warehouse locations.
  4. Sort and pack powerpacks for testing, boxing, weighing, adding quantities to PIM's sheet, labeling, and storing.
  5. Scan RMA pallets via IRP.
  6. Manage discrepancies and communicate with stakeholders.
  7. Perform Level 1 repair services tasks such as screening, cleaning, and logistics services tasks like receiving and dispatch.
  8. Maintain compliance with relevant Workers Health and Safety legislation and the company's WH&S policy.
  9. Act in accordance with Environmental legislation and the company's Environmental policy.
  10. Follow Quality Management System procedures and policies applicable to your position.
  11. Attend team meetings, demonstrate respect, and participate in day-to-day work activities.
  12. Communicate constructively with team members and employees.
  13. Aware of opportunities for improvement in processes and practices.
