About the Role

As a Sales Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment, interacting with customers, processing sales, and maintaining store displays. You will also have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals, sales, and promotions.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
