About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead our Property Investment team's technology strategy and infrastructure. As an IT Director, you will be responsible for managing our IT team, developing and implementing security protocols, and staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • IT Team Management: Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure.
  • Security and Compliance: Develop and implement robust security protocols to protect our company data and assets, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Technology Strategy: Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement a technology strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee the management of our IT infrastructure, including network administration, cybersecurity, and data protection.
  • Project Management: Lead and execute complex IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT management or a related role, with a strong background in IT infrastructure, systems, and best practices.
  • Skills: Proven project management skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and experience with network administration, cybersecurity, and data protection.
